How to delete your SniffSniff account
You can delete your SniffSniff account and its data from inside the app at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Steps
- Open the SniffSniff app and go to the House tab.
- Open Settings.
- Tap “Delete account”.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
What happens to your data
Your profile, avatar, AI pets, chat history and QnA answers are deleted. Records we are required to keep by law (such as payment records kept for the statutory retention period) are retained only for as long as the law requires and are then deleted. Purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel any active subscription in the App Store or Google Play separately.
Cannot access the app?
If you can no longer sign in, email support@sniffsniff.ai from the address on your account and we will process the deletion for you.
